1 credit = 1 prompt checked on 1 core AI engine, once — and it covers far more than the raw answer. Each credit also runs the analysis layered on that answer: brand visibility, sentiment, competitor share of voice, sources and citations, ranking, and query fan-out. Core engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, AI Overview, AI Mode) are 1 credit per run; premium API models cost 2 to 6.

Monthly credits = prompts × credits per run × runs per month. "Credits per run" is the sum of the credit cost of every engine you monitor. "Runs per month" depends on frequency: daily ≈ 30, weekly ≈ 4.3, monthly = 1.

Yes. Web/core engines are 1 credit per run. Premium API models cost more depending on the model — typically 2 to 6 credits per run — because they are billed per token behind the scenes.

Each plan caps how many brands (workspaces) you can monitor in parallel — Starter 1, Growth 5, Business 20 — independently of your credit usage. A small credit estimate can still require a higher plan if you run many brands.

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, or top up with one-time credit packs. Plan credits reset at the start of every billing cycle.

It is a close estimate based on the real per-model credit costs used in production. Actual usage can vary slightly with run timing and optional features such as Fact Check enrichment.
