For example, Starter's 2,500 monthly credits cover about 190 prompts on 3 engines checked weekly, or about 27 checked daily.

When your credit balance reaches zero, you can upgrade or purchase additional credits. Your monitoring configuration stays in place, but new analyses pause until credits are added. Renewals add the plan allocation to your existing balance.

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to additional features and credits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused credits roll over because renewals add the new plan allocation to your existing balance.

You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Contact our support team if you have a billing issue.

You can start on the free plan with 120 credits and no credit card. Paid billing starts only when you choose a subscription.

We accept major credit cards and SEPA direct debit for euro payments. Enterprise invoice and payment terms are agreed in the contract.

Yes! Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to monthly pricing. That's approximately 17% savings. The discount is automatically applied when you select annual billing. The full year of credits is added to your balance at once.

Credit packs are one-time purchases of 2,500 to 50,000 credits, from €109 excluding VAT, available with any paid plan. Pack credits are added to the same balance as your plan credits and roll over while your subscription is active. Your credit balance ends when your subscription ends.

Credits are used for monitored AI answers and AI operations such as analysis and content generation. Usage depends on the selected engine and operation.
