Qwairy credits

One credit is one AI answer. Fully analyzed.

Each credit collects a real answer from an AI engine, then analyzes all of it: your brand, its position, the tone, competitors and sources. Unused credits roll over, and answers, briefs and audits share one balance.

How your credits add up

  • Monitoring

    1 brand × 50 prompts × 2 engines × 4.33 runs

    434

Per month

434 credits

Weekly means 52 weeks ÷ 12, about 4.33 runs a month. Each total is rounded up to the next credit. An engine that cannot answer in a market is not billed there, so actual use can be lower.

Answer tracking, briefs, page audits, Brand Perception analyses: everything draws on the same credits. What comes with an answer, and what you do with your data, never uses a credit.

Credits FAQ

Questions about credits

Packs, billing, countries, workspaces, premium models and teams: what each changes for your credits.

Add a one-time credit pack, from €109 for 2,500 credits: its credits join the same balance and roll over too. You can also move up a plan at any time: upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at your next billing cycle. If your balance runs out, runs that need more credits do not start, and everything already collected stays available.

You receive the same credits over a year. Annual billing costs the price of 10 months and adds all the credits on day one, which suits use that comes in bursts. Monthly billing adds them at each renewal.

Yes, in proportion: a prompt runs once in each country selected on it, so three countries use three times the credits of one. Add the market to your workspace and select it on the prompts concerned; you do not need another workspace.

Not by themselves: a workspace only uses credits through the prompts it monitors, from the shared balance. The number of workspaces depends on your plan, and you can add more from Billing for €19 a month or €190 a year each.

Core engines are monitored through their public interface, at 1 credit per answer, 2 on Alexa for Shopping. Premium API models go through their providers’ APIs and cost 2 to 40 credits per answer, depending on the model. They are enabled on request, with a tailored offer.

Your account has one balance. On Business, Agency Business and Enterprise, Virtual Teams split it into sub-teams, each with its own allocated credits.

It applies the credit costs the product bills and rounds each monthly total up. It is an estimate, not a quote: an engine that cannot answer in a market is not billed there, so actual use can be lower. Once subscribed, your balance and usage history are in the dashboard, and each prompt shows its estimated credits before you add it.
